Ensure that you do not touch the achievement tab. Your trust-factor shouldn't be affected by how many games you obtained and your cumulative play-time. Valve chose to remain discreet about the trust-factor in any case.
The following negative consequences can happen: 1. Artificially inflated gMe hours on your profile 2. If you stumble upon a shady fake idler, it may steal your Steam account Otherwise, nothing to fear. Although indearoy hope that Valve are smarter than you are and dont let the trust metric to be fooled that easily.
