The turn player can activate Quick-Play Spell Cards from their hand during any Phase of their turn; either player can activate Set Quick-Play Spell cards during any Phase in either player's turn, except during the turn they are Set. Players may activate Quick-Play Spell Cards from their hand at anytime during their own turn except the Damage Step , unless ruled otherwise , but cannot activate them from their hand during the opponent's turn [1].
Face-down Quick-Play Spell Cards can be activated during either player's turn, but they cannot be activated the turn they are Set , very much like Trap Card. If a player Sets a Quick-Play Spell Card during their own turn, they cannot activate it until the beginning of their opponent's next turn. Wiki Explore. Structure Deck R Starter Decks. Game terms. And there is exactly the point that I dont understand: In the example, "Mystical Space Typhoon" destroys "Imperial Order" wich is a permanent trap card to lets say freeze some other effects, as soon as "Imperial Order" gets destroyed by MST the freezing is over. Once again: 1. Fissure gets activated 2. MST gets activated chain: 2. MST destroys Fissure 1.
Fissure effect gets resolved I hope you can and want to find another page where it actually is a normal spell card that is being targeted by MST. This really irritates me since you seem to know what you are talking about but still dont seem to understand what I am talking about. I hope its not my bad english and that I dont sound agressive but since you called my argumentation just "my own house rules" and that "you strive to make this game as accurate as possible" and even have this forum to talk about the rules and still cant provide any argument why this chain above works This is how I see it.
On that page: Chaining "Raigeki Break" to the activation of a monster effect such as that of "Number Big Eye" will destroy the monster, but its effect will still resolve so "Number Big Eye" will still allow the player to take control of one of their opponent's monsters.
Padraigo Advanced Member. Spell Speeds only determine what can be chained to what. Which is why alot of Spell Speed 3 cards counter traps have "Negation" effects specifically. This is also a very long thread to just say "MST doesn't negate" lol. AntiMetaman Advanced Member. My decks Chat HQ Project. He was playing DevPro, that is the other funny thing..
